ADOPTION APPLICATION FEE:

An Application Fee is required in order to process the Adoption Application. The fee is $10.00 for dogs over the age of 12 months and $20.00 for puppies under the age of 12 months.

Buy Codi's Journey Print Copy directly from the author and CBBCR will receive $5 for each copy purchased! This is a wonderful story of a Border Collie's life with the author, Jeff Maziarek. I personally got very teary-eyed while reading the sample chapters offered online. See for yourself!
When you buy a copy of the print version of Codi's Journey directly from the author's website (click on the book cover to your left), the author will donate $5.00 per book to CBBCR.
All you need to do is to include “Come Bye Border Collie Rescue, Highland, IL” on the second page of the PayPal check-out process – where it says "Add special instructions to the seller Add", click on "Add" and type in the information. Please remember to do this as otherwise the author will not know we referred you.
Codi's Journey retails for $15.00 (U.S.) plus $3.00 for shipping & handling (U.S. orders only). Orders from outside the U.S. have higher shipping rates. Please note that PayPal will not require you to set up an account in order to make this purchase; they will simply process the credit or debit card transaction.
We also plan to have copies of Codi's Journey available for purchase at the events we attend!
