Come Bye Border Collie Rescue adult dogs offered for adoption have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm preventative, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and, in season, on flea/tick preventative.
Come Bye Border Collie Rescue puppies are wormed for intestinal parasites, received their age appropriate vaccines and are microchipped. If too young to spay or neuter, the adopter will agree to spay or neuter the puppy as a part of the adoption, along with the payment of an additional $100 deposit.
Please note this dog's foster home Location is included on this page, but you must go through the adoption process and be approved prior to doing a meet and greet with the foster dog.
Tyler was picked up in Kentucky as a stray. When no one came to claim him Come Bye was asked to take him in.
Tyler’s ideal home - active pet home or novice sport handler looking to dabble in sports (agility, disc, or dock - he loves all!) He is high energy and low/medium drive. Tyler is good with dogs, people, and kids! Doesn’t know a stranger! Not sure if he’s good with cat, I’m allergic. He is great in the crate, travels well, and walks nicely on a leash! “He is about 40 lbs! He is the best boy” in the world according to my friends.
Tyler does require a home with a fence.
Tyler is being fostered near Columbus, OH
*** The potential adoptor will get a refund if it’s determined by the Foster that it’s not a good match for the dog and the dog for them, if we do not process their application.
