Wrangler is a very affectionate dog that loves cuddles and kisses! He is good in his crate, rides great in the car and walks well on leash. Wrangler is very food motivated and easy to train. He would be a great performance prospect. The Agility A-Frame is his favorite!
He is great with other dogs (big or little), however some dogs think he can be a bit much to deal with initially....in terms of his energy. His dog skills are improving and he's getting better about asking for permission to play vs going all in at first meeting. He is suspicious of unfamiliar people but warms up pretty quickly. Once he is familiar he attaches himself quickly to that person. He can easily jump a 4 foot fence....so he will need a higher fence and not be left outside unattended. He actually prefers to be with his person at all times and has jumped the fence to get to me.
Wrangler lived a pretty boring life in his previous home and was always leaving to play with the neighbor's dog. The neighbors were constantly contacting Wrangler's owners to tell them he was at their house again. Finally, Wrangler's owner told them that she didn't want him anyway. Wrangler was then surrendered to the local shelter.
Wrangler is approximately 11 months old and being fostered in Plymouth, IN
