Adoption Alert!!! Sherman now known as Tin found his fur-ever home yesterday,1/23/2021, he will be joining Largo a CBBCR alumni in his fur-ever home. Congrats to Sandy and Jeff, here is the story of Sherman’s journey to his happy ending with Sandy and Jeff. Sherman's Story On December 29th we were contacted about an 8-week-old puppy that was surrendered to a Veterinary Hospital with a broken leg. In less than 24 hours we were able to get Sherman transported to his foster home and to our Veterinarian where his leg was put in a splint. On January 19th we received the good news that Sherman's leg had completely healed and he could now run and play.

Brownie, the cat, declined to participate in the meet and greet and family picture. They were previous CBBCR adopters with Malachi. Malachi died last month, and his best buddy, Buster, has been very sad. Buster has a new best buddy, Quinn. Congrats to the happy family 🙂

Adoption Alert!!! Congrats to Journey, he found his fur-ever home today, 11/9/2020. This is what his Foster Mom said. It's with an immense amount of love and joy in my heart that I get to say Happy Adoption Day to Journey! After 10 months, countless inquiries and adoption applications he has found his forever home with the best family I ever could have imagined for him. Thank you Ashleigh for being more than I ever could have anticipated. For being patient and communicating with me over the last few months and for weeks before even the first meet and greet. For being so dedicated as to meet us with your pack several times before adoption approval, and making the four-hour drive there and back every single time. For being proactive and establishing vet care as well as professional training with trainers who are experienced with deaf border collies. You far exceeded my hopes and expectations! Journey's name suited him for exactly this purpose now he and gets to start his new life with a new name that suits him even better! Bohdi! Bohdi will be spending his life hiking, swimming, traveling, training, cuddling and much more with his new mom and fur siblings. (Bleu & Bentley) Without a doubt he will be missed in our home, but even more so always loved and remembered! Happy Tails Bohdi! and Congratulations on the life you have always deserved! (Special thank you to everyone who supported Bohdi's journey along the way! All the women at 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗬𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗨𝗘 who were readily available to guide and assist me, all of the wonderful women at 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 who cared for him during his days at doggie day care and all of my friends and family that helped with his socialization and sharing his posts! Working in rescue is a collaborative effort and without you all this would not have been possible! )
